Sanjeev has more than 11 years experience in project planning and management, institutional strengthening, evaluation and assessment, training and capacity building in various development and public sector projects in India. He has been involved in large-scale development projects involving community organisation formation and participation and is a consultant to number of NGOs and organisation on sustainable micro institutions.
Alok Acharya

Alok has more than 10 years experience in economic and social research, evaluation and assessment, institutional strengthening and capacity building in development, reforms and restructuring projects in India. He has been involved with social impact assessment of sectoral reform projects and evaluation of public services in both rural and urban areas.
Banamali Naik
B.Tech. (Hons.) (Agriculture Engineering) (IIT Kharagpur)
Banamali Naik has more than 40 years experience in agriculture engineering, watershed management and technical aspects of large-scale irrigation projects. He retired as an additional director of agriculture and has extensive experience on various watershed and irrigation projects including community designed micro-projects on land and water management, capacity building on technical aspects of watershed, community participation, and farming and irrigation practices.
Bibhu D. Nayak

Bibhu has more than 12 years experience in social development in the areas of livelihood, micro planning, disaster management, capacity building, documentation, research and implementation of community based projects. He has been involved with various studies on project design, project planning framework and developing processes for project implementation and management.
Janardan Ram
M.A ( Sociology-1981),M.S.W ( Social Work -1985), M.Phil (Demography-1988)
Janardan has more than 25 years of experience in social research, programme implementation, consulting, M&E in social sector. He has rich experience & skills in building partnerships, alliances with government, NGOs, CBO networks at the grass roots. He possess professional competency in rural and social development, gender issues, participatory research, social communication and micro-planning. He worked for number of action projects as team leader, funded by various agencies. He has worked in diverse sectors including poverty reduction, health, disability, eye care, rehabilitation, water and sanitation, education, strengthening Panchayati Raj and rural livelihoods. He has worked on short term assignments with organizations like NABCONS, CYSD, IIPS, Sight Savers International, Impact India Foundation, CAPART, Water Aid, World Bank, etc. and has sound understanding of civil society functioning in India.
Bimal Chandra Sahu
M.Tech. (Hons.) (Agri. Engineering) (OUAT, Bhubaneswar)
Bimal Sahu has worked for 35 years with the Government in agriculture, irrigation, rural development and Panchayati Raj Department in Orissa and has diverse experience in projects including implementation and planning under NREGA, Tank rehabilitation, Participatory Irrigation Management and farm mechanisation. He has been a consultant to Sutra for last three years and has been involvement in NRM projects in Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh.
